At Live Abroad with ADHD, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received them
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items:
- Digital products (guides, planners, downloads)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as final sale
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at info@liveabroadwithadhd.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with return shipping instructions
- Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving return authorization
Return Shipping Costs: Free return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund
Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error).
No final sale items approved for return or refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at info@liveabroadwithadhd.com and send your item to: 7304 Carroll Avenue #1219, Takoma Park, MD 20912.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@liveabroadwithadhd.com
- Include photos of the damage
- We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim if your package shows as delivered but you have not received it.
International Orders
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Customs duties and import fees are non-refundable
- Please check with your country's customs office for potential charges before ordering
