Shipping Policy

At Live Abroad with ADHD, we're committed to getting your products to you as efficiently as possible, wherever you are in the world.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). During high-demand periods or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times:
- US Warehouse Products: 2-8 business days after processing
- International Warehouse Products: 10-15 business days after processing
Note: The shipping time depends on where the product ships from. Products shipped from our US warehouse arrive much faster. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs clearance, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide!
Processing Time: 1-3 business days (up to 5 days during peak periods)
Estimated Delivery Times: 10-15 business days after processing, depending on your location and customs processing
Important Information for International Orders:
- Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by your country. These fees are NOT included in our product prices or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
- Customs Delays: Your order may be held by customs for inspection, which can delay delivery. We have no control over customs processing times.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including postal codes and any required regional information.
- Tracking: International tracking may be limited once the package leaves the United States.
Digital Products
Digital products (guides, planners, templates, etc.) are delivered instantly via email after purchase. No shipping required!
Delivery:
- You'll receive a download link immediately after your payment is processed
- Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see the email within 15 minutes
- Download links are typically valid for 30 days
- Contact us at info@liveabroadwithadhd.com if you have any issues accessing your digital products
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive:
- A shipping confirmation email
- A tracking number
- A link to track your package
You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
Tracking Updates: Tracking information typically updates within 1-5 days after your package is first scanned by the carrier. This is normal, so don't worry if you don't see immediate updates.
Shipping Address Changes
Before Shipment: Contact us immediately at info@liveabroadwithadhd.com if you need to change your shipping address. We'll do our best to update it before the order ships.
After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages: If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
- Verify the delivery address in your order confirmation
- Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim
- Contact us at info@liveabroadwithadhd.com after 48 hours if you still haven't located your package
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery. We recommend:
- Using a secure delivery location
- Requiring a signature for delivery
- Having packages held at a carrier location for pickup
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Contact us within 7 days at info@liveabroadwithadhd.com
- We'll arrange for a replacement or refund
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Refusal of delivery
- Failure to pay customs fees (international orders)
- Multiple failed delivery attempts
You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We will contact you to arrange reshipment (with additional shipping charges) or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost and a restocking fee.
Order Issues
Wrong Item Received: Contact us immediately at info@liveabroadwithadhd.com with photos. We'll send the correct item at no additional cost.
Missing Items: If items are missing from your order, contact us within 7 days with your order number.
Delayed Orders: If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window plus an additional 5 business days, please contact us and we'll investigate with our fulfillment partner.
Holidays & Peak Seasons
During holidays and peak shopping seasons (especially Q4):
- Processing times may be extended to 3-5 business days
- Shipping carriers may experience delays
- International shipping may take longer due to increased customs volume
We'll post updates about holiday schedules on our website and social media.
APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
We ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Please note:
- Delivery times vary widely (typically 2-4 weeks)
- Use "Armed Forces Americas/Europe/Pacific" as the state
P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. Delivery times may be longer for P.O. Box addresses.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may have shipping restrictions based on:
- International regulations
- Carrier limitations
- State or country laws
If we cannot ship a product to your location, you'll be notified before your order is processed.
